Got hubby & I something for this Father’s Day without breaking our budget. There are so many sales and coupons for clothes and everything but I know Anh Mark doesn’t need another shirt, wallet, tie or watch.
Since we love sodas this is a great deal for us to try it out… I wouldn’t spend $80 for one but for $28.53 I’m willing to try it out
As most of you guys already know I don’t have a problem spending money in advance and getting them back in rebate checks or Visa debit cards.

This is how we stock up and take advantage of MIR offers without hurting our account.
I also don’t have a problem paying in advance for the free items after Staples Rewards. We shop at Staples a lot so we’re always able to put the Staples Rewards to good use (we use them for ink, and office & cleaning supplies)
Here’s how we did it:
This week Staples has Soda Stream on sale for $79.99
Sale ends 06/15/13
Here’s how you can get it for a great price!
FIRST… Head over to Safeway or any Safeway chain stores that are participating in the Dads & Grads gift card promotion (BUY Staples $50 gift card and earn $10 Cat WYB $25)
The gift cards promotion at Safeway ends 06/16/13 and the last day to use the coupon is 07/02/13
BUY: 1- Soda Stream, $79.99
USE: 10% off any item coupon here
USE: $50 gift card to pay and pay whatever left however you like
SUBMIT: $20 Easy Rebate online or by mail but make sure you save your Easy Rebate receipt
or SUBMIT for $25 Soda Stream MIR here make sure you save the receipt and UPC
Plus there’s a 5% Staples Rewards for this purchase!
TOTAL: $41.99 after 10% coupon, $10 Catalina coupon, and $20 Easy Rebate
If we’re able to combine Easy Rebate with Soda Stream $25 MIR.. the total would be $16.99…. SWEET DEAL!
**Since I used our $24.25 in Staple Rewards, $50 gift cards (received $10 Cat), didn’t use 10% coupon since I didn’t have it at the time the OOP was $8.53
After $20 in Easy Rebate ($20 Visa card) and $10 Cat but we had to spend $50 for gift cards so our total our this purchase is $28.53.
Again IF we’re able to do the $25 MIR since it’s a manufacturer rebate and $20 Easy Rebate is a Staples rebate, fingers crossed but I’m sure we can our total would $3.53**
Don’t forget there’s a 5% Staples Rewards on this item. I’m just not
sure if Staples is going to count the total before or after the $20 Easy Rebate. I’m thinking after ($59.99) and if so that $2.99 in Staples Rewards for me without using the 10% coupon.
